United KingdomStay, location, staff were good, Typical small English hotel.....no elevator. But they have strong porters!! Breakfast was good enough. Nice outdoor seating area for coffee, drinks or a smoke. Had one problem with door lock last night, but they gave us another room-no problem, Thanks!

RussiaThe staff in the front, Raffy the young guy & the one who help us to take our luggages in our room. No elevator but we were assigned in the second floor. I suggested it ahead of time being in the 70. Thank you young men. Nice attitude always smiling and helpful.
