Very welcoming & helpful owner, breakfast was lovely & substantial, my room was comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Park House is located in the heart of the Lake District and just 1 miles from Lake Windermere. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas.
Some rooms at Park House have an en suite shower and WC as well as complimentary bathrobes and toiletries, whilst others have a shared bathroom. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and tea/coffee making facilities.
A breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and includes options such as freshly brewed coffee, cereals, scrambled eggs and salmon, and fruits and juices. The closest pub and restaurant for lunch and evening meals is a 5-minute walk away in Ambleside.
As well as Lake Windermere, some of Cumbria’s other stunning lakes can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Ambleside Roman Fort is a 15-minute walk from the property.
