Property information

Ideal for families and contractors alike. This lovely house features a dining room and a well equipped kitchen complete with an oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A flat-screen TV is featured in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi and all linens and towels supplied for you. Apex - Park House features 5 lockable double bedrooms, two based downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is no private parking, though plenty of free on-street parking spaces to the front and side of the property.

Neighbourhood information

Excellent comfortable home. Ideal for visitors wanting to explore Cleethorpes and Grimsby attractions. On the border with Cleethorpes. Therefore in between the bustling town of Grimsby with it's fishing heritage and the Victorian seaside town of Cleethorpes, still as popular as ever with holidaymakers and day trippers. Also provides a rich amount of amenities in both towns. Management of this property has only recently been taken over from a previous company - so please take into consideration old reviews before July 2019 as these are not a reflection of the property now as it was also refurbished prior to us taking over the property.
