Central location next to Edinburgh's popular tourist attractions not far from City centre Property in LEZ Zone. Please ensure car is compliant if driving As you can see, our characterful studio apartment hosts a comfortable and plush sofa bed in the living area. Also, the design and furnishing add a peaceful aura to the room, guaranteeing a goodnight sleep. Your night can be concluded in the wonderfully bright bedroom where you can sink into a king size bed which is fitted with hotel quality bed linen. While, a morning shower can be taken in the relaxing bathroom, a hand & bath towel will be provided for each guest.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is quite a cool place to hang out. With the location so close to the University, many student haunts are within minutes, but this is mixed with some really great restaurants and bars. It's quite a relaxed neighbourhood: good local pubs, a range of cuisine, and close to the Meadows (a huge park which has tennis, a play park and an abundance of people enjoying disposable BBQs when the weather is good!) The location, in Newington, means that local bars, restaurants, shops and amenities can be enjoyed yet the city centre attractions can be easily accessed by foot (approx 15 mins to Princes Street) or public transport. Nearest supermarkets: Tesco Metro - on the main road approx 5 minutes by foot. Recommended places to Eat/drink: 56 North - directly downstairs The Green Mantle - directly downstairs, Filling station, The outsider & Taste of Italy. We also suggest the Pear tree pub & The Dog house and Kilimanjaro for coffee Local attractions to visit: Arthur's seat & Salisbury crags for a walk/hike The meadows - to relax Royal mile is about 10 minutes walk to, Princess st, Edinburgh Castle and Scott's monument very close about 15 minutes by foot and about 5-10 minutes by car/transport.
