Welcome to our renovated, spacious apartment, which is modern & contemporary in design, and is situated in the heart of Shrewsbury's picturesque town centre with its timber-framed buildings, historic landmarks and ancient town walls, and River Severn. Step out of the door and immerse yourself in our vibrant culture, quaint back streets, independent shops, and a huge abundance of restaurants, bars, and cafes to suit all tastes. Or simply relax in our decked area and take in the rooftop views. The apartment is located on the second floor with a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with bi-fold doors opening out onto a large decked area with views over the church. Fantastic for relaxing after a day exploring with a glass of wine or a bit of alfresco dining. The newly fitted kitchen has all the amenities you would expect and there is a dining table, sofa and SMART TV. At the front of the apartment, there is a large double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe and storage space with views over Castle Street. On this floor, we also have a contemporary bathroom, which features a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. There are further stairs leading to a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and a second bathroom with a stand-alone bath. There is also plenty of storage space on this floor. This is one of 4 apartments we let out in the building.
