The places was great for its value. It is a 15 minute walk to the closest tube station or 3 min bus ride. The staff was very friendly in answering our travel questions and in being accommodating ( they were able to provide an ironing board and iron upon request and delivered it to the door). With the accommodation on hospital grounds adjacent to a cemetery, it was a quiet and secure place for our London adventure.

I stayed at the Pelican due to its proximity to St. George's Hospital, as I'm sure most do. Was nothing spectacular, fairly cheap for London which is understandable due to the fact that it's located in between a noisy hospital and a cemetery. It is convenient and affordable, would not chose to stay for leisure purposes.

The main bed was huge (Queen size) and comfortable. The decor was reasonable and modern. Gave it a reasonable rating because it was cheaper than most, and ticked the boxes we needed: clean, comfortable and close to location.

I liked our room bcs was very clean and very well equipped with good AC that u can easily control on the control panel at the entance of the room (cold, warm, dry, auto) and nice LED TV with a few interesting channels and also a good safe in the closet. The staff was very kind and they also did a great job every mornin when we left the room. If we talk about kindness then I need to mention the patient blond lady who works at a reception. And for me the most important thing right after my room is the breakfast that was every mornin very well served, fresh, plenty of choices and for me delicious.

Looking at the pictures on booking .com the hotel looked good we were more than surprised with our room modern clean tidy and all you could want in amenities with your own small kitchen which we first thought was a wardrobe though you would need this equipment if you wanted an evening meal in the Hotel as their is no meals except for breakfast however no drawback with this still excellent value for money
