Percy’s Place is a ground floor apartment situated in the Castle Quarter in the heart of the historic town of Alnwick. The main entrance into the building is communal with independent access to its private entrance. The accommodation is extremely well presented throughout, and with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property is suitable for couples as well as friends and families. The property is a few minutes’ walk from Alnwick Castle as well as being within easy walking distance of a wide range of amenities, including an abundance of independent shops and a variety of pubs and tea rooms. There is a cinema/playhouse close by and Alnwick Gardens is well worth a visit too. Percy’s Place is an excellent choice for those seeking a convenient base with easy access to explore the beautiful 20 mile stretch of Heritage coastline, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the east, and the wild and lonely expanses of the heather-capped Cheviot Hills to the west.
