Perfect central location and super clean and well equipped
United KingdomOne of the best guest houses I have stayed in on my many visits to the UK. Beautifully appointed bedroom - very clean with lovely touches and modern bathroom. Very good location in central city and very friendly and helpful hosts. Recommend this for anyone who visits the interesting town of Hastings.

Not the nicest of roads but the property is one of the best looking from the outside. Lots of places to visit locally. Hastings Old Town is lovely.

Located 5 minutes’ walk from Hastings seafront and pebble beach, Apartments 41 Hastings offers 3 self-contained apartments with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The old town is a 10-minute walk away and features historic buildings, restaurants and a local seafood market. It is a 6-minute walk to the town center.

Apartments 41 Hastings is a 3 storey Victorian terraced town house located 5 minutes flat walk from Hastings town centre and seafront and 10 minutes flat walk to Hastings Old Town. Each of the 3 apartments located on the ground, first and second floor are completely self contained with their own lockable front door. All apartments have been newly refurbished and comprise of a fully furnished lounge/ dining room with open plan kitchen and a separate bedroom with ensuite power shower/sink/wc. The kitchen includes a 2 rings induction hob, full fan assisted oven, built in microwave, fridge work top, sink and storage units, crockery , cutlery, glasses, cleaning products, tea towels and cooking utensils. The lounge/dining area includes a dining table, storage, sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV, book shelf and the separate bedroom includes fresh linen and towels a double bed ( +single bed in apartment 3) flat screen TV, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, hairdryer, ironing equipment. use of a washer and dryer is also available by arrangement
Victoria and Ed , the owners live in the building in a separate self contained garden flat. They are available if you require assistance but will usually leave guest to enjoy their stay without disturbance Apartments are serviced every 8 days and will include fresh linens and towels
