  • hi is it possible for late check in and check out, were planning to check in on oct 4 around 9pm and out by 4pm the following day
    Hi, The late check in would not be a problem, however, due to Covid regulations additional cleaning would need to be done so checking out at 4pm would not be possible. Kind Regards Carole

Our brand new luxury holiday home is privately owned and situated within the beautiful grounds of Newquay Bay Resort (previously known as Newquay View Resort) which has the largest indoor pool in Newquay, an outdoor pool, play area and on-site club with nightly entertainment and kids clubs! Our holiday home is beautifully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday. We provide bed linen and towels for your convenience. There is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The holiday home is situated within a quieter and peaceful area of the park although you still have access to all of the facilities. There are two outdoor seating areas provided on the decking with a table and chairs for eating and enjoying the Cornish sunshine and a relaxing rattan sofa at the side. The staff within the resort reception area are extremely helpful and we also have a local agent to assist you if needed. We now wifi installed so you have unlimited internet access!
Porth beach is situated nearby and is a popular family beach and is approximately 20 minutes walk from the site. The busy town of Newquay is 2 miles away which offers a selection of shops, a zoo and several beaches.
