Twickenham as a visitor is really all about rugby, in my view and the real reason to stay/ visit. However it is't far from Hampton Court which is a good visit and trips on the Thames. I'm not thrilled, however, about the parking which is remote from the hotel and seems not to have any security provision, which worried me whilst staying there. Some security guard/ CCTV access code arrangement would improve that aspect.

Comfortable, friendly, close to shops and restaurants.
Comfortable, friendly, close to shops and restaurants. Uber or Bolt was quick because it was on a main street. The food was great! I loved the decor and they have a large outdoor seating area for dining and hanging out.

The staff were lovely.
The staff were lovely. The suite that they upgraded us to would have been great on match days as we were almost right behind the goal.
The room was cold and we couldn’t make the heating work. We didn’t ask for help because we just snuggled in the comfy bed.
The worst thing was the mould in the shower. It really was dreadful. We were also surprised that there were no USB chargers anywhere.
We were woken up at 8am by the stadium staff moving some clanging metal equipment which wasn’t the most relaxing start to the day.
As we were only staying one night and came back late and leaving early we didn’t make a fuss.
I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re a big rugby fan and are not too concerned about quality or cleanliness.

I know Twickenham well but hadn't visited since the beginning of the pandemic. Super to walk along Church Street and feel a real sense of vibrancy with al fresco diners. Walked back to the Alexander Pope via the river and a bit of road - good to be back - plenty to see and do.
I had room 17 on the first floor just outside the elevator to the left. My room was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive when I told them the floor lamp wasn't working correctly. They brought me a desk lamp to assist in solving the issue. I loved the décor and feeling of the hotel. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I did not pay for breakfast, so can't speak about that. I did not walk the neighborhood, but noticed while traveling in the Uber that it was close to the local shopping area and public transportation.
Great location right in the middle of Twickenham town centre. So close to bus stop and train, with M&S and Tesco a few doors away. I was only sorry I didn't have time to go across the road to the river. Very clean and well equipped apartment with everything we needed as a family. We would definitely book again when we come back to London.
Stayed there for few nights and I haven’t slept well absolutely not cleaned rooms very dirty very smelly
Next door customers were homeless with respect however they were in drug and alcoholic and fighting arguing all nights every single nights I have stayed
The same value of the money I have moved to travelodge
I absolutely won’t recommend
The room was clean and the aircon worked fine and was not noisy. The room had a nice wooden floor. The windows attenuated aircraft noise very efficiently, almost as if there was no airport at all in the neighbourhood. The station is at an easy walking distance. Wifi works very well.
We have stayed here multiple times. Its usually a nice hotel, quirky, walkable to Twickenham stadium.
Good evening meal with a lovely and helpful server. Nice bar and good range of beers.
Parking off street is available which is good for this area.
Great location, just by the river. Nicely presented large bar with tons of room. The hotel room was cosy and welcoming but also contemporary. Great shower in the room. Lovely little balcony looking out towards the river. Delicious complimentary teas.
Good hotel, room v clean and staff v friendly and helpful. Came for Quins v Exeter match at the Stoop so great location. Plenty if choice at breakfast, all food kept topped up and warm
Location to twickenham Stadium is amazing, 20 min walk. Well presented & clean. All facilities you need. We stayed 2 nights but had everything required 4 a longer stay.
The location was great for links to London. Not too far from the rugby stadium. Property its self was cozy clean and everything we needed for our 4 day stay.
