Excellent experience overall. Very modern apartment. The host lives in the same apartment but the room is yours to use and there is an en suite bathroom. Good kitchen if you want to use it. There is a lift but accessing the flat from the lift needs to be planned in advance as the lift is on the opposite side of the building. Make sure you ask the host for the location of the lift rather than climb up three flights of stairs especially if you have luggage. Good hot water, good shower. Very clean. Highly recommended and would definitely book again.

Good location ,nice and clean , comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast . Really poor evening food , poor options available , fries were cold when delivered ( my wife didn’t eat any of hers ) NO HOT DRINKS AVALABLE AT ALL ,we couldn’t get a tea or coffee ???? As the machines were off . For such a large hotel group I was amazed

The bed and location was pretty good though and overall better than half the pricey hotels in London so probably would use it again for convenience and breakfast wasn't too bad either.
