Free parking on site is a definite plus. Upgraded our room to one on the front with view of water for no extra charge since it was available. Spacious room with couple of chairs and dressing table/desk with mirror. Shower in tub. Location was ok. Coastal bus stop is right outside hotel. Easy way to/from Brighton if do not want to walk or in our case it was raining when we needed to return from Brighton.
