THE STUDIO : A unique Private Studio which is detached from the main house with it's own independent private entrance. If you have booked to stay including breakfast then we will bring it to your door, if you have booked to stay excluding breakfast you have access to many facilities in the Studio. LOCATION : We are situated in a quiet rural location just on the outskirts of Stalbridge, a small town right in the heart of The Blackmore Vale, an area of outstanding beauty in the County of Dorset. Many places of interest are right on our doorstep. The Jurassic Coastline is only a 40 minute drive and the famous market towns of Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Dorchester and Sturminster Newton are all close by. Several National Trust properties, most famously Stourhead Gardens are also a short distance. A COUNTY LIKE NO OTHER : Come to Dorset and explore the rolling countryside, charming seaside towns and dramatic coastline. Whether you are looking for a much needed holiday, a weekend getaway, romantic break, visiting family or friends or here on business you can be assured of a warm welcome and a relaxing comfortable stay.
Priors Oak is located in a quiet rural location set back off the road just on the outskirts of Stalbridge. We have lovely views across the Dorset countryside, there is a footpath walk up through our pony paddock, ideal if you are bringing a small dog.
