“Wonderful host and staff. The location was great. The room was tucked away in a beautiful, quiet garden setting even though the place is in the High street. The room was a bit on the small side but the delicious and plentiful breakfast was a treat. The toast made from local bread was especially delicious. We were sad that we had to leave. Since we liked it so much we wanted to stay another night but it was fully booked. Highly recommended and we want to come back. ”

Staff is extremely friendly - we were running behind the regular check-in hour but they accommodate us after we called them.”

“I liked the location and the room was nice too. Beds were comfy and the information we received before arriving was clear, about having to use shared toilet and showers. The host was very kind and kept our booking despite not taking others so we had the whole place to ourselves, including the garden. Breakfast was good and plenty and the staff very nice and obviously the dining room in the café has it charm and character being in the old priory.”
