The name on the photo identification needs to be the same on the credit card used for the booking. The credit card used for the booking must also be presented. A security deposit of GBP 800 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is refunded upon checkout and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note check in after 19:00 has to be confirmed by the property otherwise your booking cannot be guaranteed. The property applies additional fees for late check-in: GBP 30 from 19:00 to 20:59, GBP 50 from 21:00 to 22:59, GBP 80 from 23:00 to 00:59, GBP 100 after 1:00 AM. Property has a strict non-party and non-smoking policy.

Private Apartments offers fully furnished, self-catering apartments in the city centre. All flats feature fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, a living area with TV, a private bathroom and heating. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm local time.
