Independent space with everything needed for a short or long-stay, including exclusive entrance, small patio area, home-from-home essentials, and free on-street parking. Located just 1-mile from the University of Hospital, a short stroll from Birchgrove Village and a 10-min drive from Cardiff City Centre. -- The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features two large sofas (sofa-beds), smart TV with Netflix login, dining table that can sit four, French doors leading to the small patio, and a fully kitted out kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, stove-top, microwave, washing-machine, dishwasher and more. The bedroom is a good size with built-in wardrobes and a double bed, while the bathroom features a modern shower. Wi-Fi throughout.
