The room was spotless with excellent quality shampoo, condition and shower gel. The location is perfect for us as it is in Southsea and over looks the sea across to the Isle of Wight, stunning views on a sunny day. A breakfast is available at a small cost and I have to say it is a fabulous breakfast and well worth trying.

The property was extremely clean and the aesthetics were incredible. The staff were so helpful, especially our receptionist on the first day we arrived. The room was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom facilities were fantastic. The pictures on booking.com and other sites were incredibly accurate which was nice as other hotels sometimes don’t live up to what photos portray.

  • Where do you park and does it cost anything for an overnight stay?
    We have a limited amount of parking on our private premises for up to 5 cars, subject to availability, so try to let us know in advance if you require a space. Alternatively, you can park on the main beach parade outside our hotel free of charge between 6pm and 8am. We will always try to find you the best parking solution and make sure our customers are looked after.

    You can check in anytime throughout the day between 14.00 - 00.00 If the room is ready before 14.00 we will let you check in early, failing that you are more than welcome to drop luggage off - which will be securely stored in our locked storage cupboard.
