We arrived late at night but there were staff on duty to check us in. We checked into our room but there was a baby next door was screaming no stop. I went back to reception and told the staff member Antoni(not sure of the correct spelling) that it was very noisy in the room next to us and if it possible to move to another room. Without hesitation she changed our room. Just want to say thank you to her and for her great customer service. For that reason we will definitely be back. The dining room staff were also great and friendly. We loved the hotel
