This traditional countryside pub, inn and restaurant sits beside the River Nene in Nassington, only minutes from highway A1(M) and 15 minutes from Peterborough and Oundle.

Queens Head Inn is renowned for good beer, excellent food, quality accommodations and warm hospitality. The chalet-style bedrooms come with free wireless internet and LCD TVs, and are very comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is well located for getting to the Nene Valley Railway, Peterborough Speedway and historic Burghley house. Stamford is about a 20 minute drive away.

  • It is 23 May 2021 - are you completely open and if there is another lockdown in the summer can we get a refund. We have stayed at the Queens Head in the past for Burghley House Battle Proms

  • Hi, How far are you from Burghley Horse trials? Are there taxis ir rail to service trsvel whilst staying with you. There are 6/7 of us in total.

    We are 19 miles away from Burghley Horse Trials. Taxis can be booked for the journey.

  • Hi. I am travelling for work (TV) and can check in at about 6.30 but will need to go back out for work and be back for 10.30. Will this be OK?

    Reception is not open 24/7 but you can take your room key with you and therefore can access your bedroom at any time. The accommodation are like chalet at the rear and you do not need to go through reception/pub to access them.
