Easy to park, fabulous grounds with a welcoming entrance. Although extensively refurbished there are still features of the old Quorn Grange I remember for working there 30 years ago. The bedroom was large and contained a massive comfortable bed(slept so well). There was a bath too and the nice touch of guest toiletries on the side. Tea coffee and hot chocolate on the side ready to be made. Had the weather been better I’d have enjoyed the double doors which do open on to the car park but still very leafy. The breakfast was basic but nothing was missed. The offer of a freshly cooked breakfast was given but I opted for the buffet continental instead. The restaurant itself formed of the original bar area and part of the original restaurant was light and airy and well laid out. It was a pleasure to stay and I will be visiting again.

A Sunday carvery lunch is also available and includes a selection of meats and live music. The Great Central Railway and National Space Center are both within a 15-minute drive, while Stonehurst Family Farm & Museum is just a mile away. Leicester city center is also within a 15-minute drive away and features a wide variety of shops, theaters and guided walks.
