A true reflection of London's Rich Diversity and Cosmopolitan Society. You’ll love my place because of the very convenient Central Location, Ambience, Privacy, Luxury, Design, Calmness and Safety. My place is perfect for Couples even with a Small Child to Solo Adventurers and Business Travellers! A Beautifully Presented, Delightfully Ultra COOL and CHIC (600 square Foot) Semi- Detached Apartment on the Ground Floor of a Charming "1960's Architectural build" with great Natural Light and Large Loft/Warehouse Style (Double Glazed) Windows, with it's Private Own Entrance. I am originally a trained Stage Actor and Dancer having toured with an Opera Production Company who's Composer was nominated for a Grammy Score. I am of Vietnamese ethnic Origin, and have so enjoyed living in London for most of my adult life on both sides of the River, so I am very happy with assisting you to find great places to experience. I am also a Film/Video graduate of the London University of Arts and have produced my own collection of experimental work. I have regularly travel to numerous European destinations from Paris, Sicily, Prague, Budapest, Zagreb, Brussels, Warsaw and Amsterdam for different dance festivals. I intend to venture into New York and San Francisco this year to discover their creative offering. My Background in Dance/Stage Performance and Visual Art has naturally drawn me towards the area, as well as characterising my humble Abode and Home which I would like to share with you and make the experience all together inspiring. Situated right in the Heart of the wonderful Kennington Village, it's near all the wonderful little array of independent Artisan Cafes, Castro Pubs, and Continental Restaurants. It is one the very few places in Central London where you are in quiet and picturesque settings, yet you can be in the heart of the city and everything literally within minutes! It is within walking distance to WATERLOO STATION, THE SOUTHBANK, THE "FLYING EYE", "PARLIAMENT SQUARE" and "BIG BEN." Kennington is a "Secretly Hidden Gem" with Museums and distilleries make up the urban landscape of this neighbourhood in Zone 1. Kennington’s social fabric consists of coarse strands that, when woven together, result in cushy tapestries. The neighbourhood is mostly residential and is Home to the Imperial War Museum, The Cinema Museum, Beefeater Gin’s distillery, and the Lush Open Green Kennington Park. The Oval Cricket ground is just down the Road. Kennington remains conspicuously quiet and largely independent; many of its bookstores, pizza shops, and small boutiques are locally owned. Yet it's just a stone throw away from the energetic pulse of Central London.
