JerseyThe room was of a good size and had a view of the Mersey. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed help. At breakfast their was a variety of food and we ate at both restaurants which were equally good.

United KingdomBreakfast food was good, but my friend on three occasions ask things to be top up. Also my wife and I were sat in reception, and heard two members of staff swearing at each other. Between 1-2pm on Wednesday the 7th, we felt very uncomfortable, don’t really expect that. Not sure if we will stay at the hotel again, that was are third time.
Isle of ManThe hotel staff were very nice, albeit my wife was a little put off when she was told the kitchen staff were not prepared to make any more scrambled egg as breakfast was closing in 10 minutes time!
