The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant was absolutely first rate and the service kept pace. Location is very important to us and the Randolph is right in the middle of everything!

Beautiful old classic hotel in central location walking distance from the train station. The staff were fabulous! A special shout out to Mr William Long, our greeter and porter who is a delightful individual and was most attentive to our needs including helping our daughter secure a hideaway bed in our room so she didn’t have to return to London at night. His kindness made our stay extra special!
