Staying at Rawley Point was absolutely fabulous. We felt very welcome and Simone and Diane made it very easy for us to feel at home at once. Thank you for the welcome-basket! We had a long travel behind us and it was just spot on to eat some fruits, make a cup of tea, dive into some cookies and prepare a good breakfast the next morning. We spent a family and surfing holiday in Newquay and our private little home was just perfect. Overlooking the Gannel, the tidal river, watching the water moving in and out was beautiful. The surroundings are calm, beaches and shops, the town center, everything is in good walking distance. It was good to come home from a lively day in town, from a surf, and kick back and relax and sleep and dream in this marvellous little gem - the beds are really comfy! Thank you for everything!

The apartment was beautiful and clean and came with so many extras like tea coffee, milk juice and a big welcome basket. The layout works perfectly and the beds are so comfortable we all had really good nights sleep. The area is lovely with easy reach of beaches and places to walk. Really enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely come back if we come to Cornwall again.

Everything! Great location with estuary views. Ten minute pleasant walk into Newquay through the gardens and past the boating lake. House was in great condition, sparkly clean, lovely kitchen with all you need plus hot shower which worked superbly. Friendly owners who left an amazing selection of Cornish treats. Everything. The house is lovely, fully stocked, even sweets for the children. Everything you need was there to save you rushing to the shops straight away after a long drive - very thoughtful. The house is situated perfectly away from busy Newquay but enough to walk into town. The boating lake is gorgeous and the lakeside cafe great coffee. The view from the house is lovely, Great idea having bedrooms downstairs, enables you to enjoy the view and have a peaceful sleep downstairs. Loved our stay and will defiantly stay again if we can. There was a fantastic food package of fruit, scones, jam and clotted cream as well as bread, milk and orange juice for breakfast. This was much appreciated as we arrived at a very late hour (flight delays). The photos of the apartment were well reflected in real-life. The view from the living room was also amazing, just like the website and even more idyllic from the balcony. Our host gave us our privacy and there was no fuss. And my teenage daughter (and I) loved the cats! The property is very close to a charming boating lake with a nice café and rose garden, I think, in the nicest part of Newquay. We often came back mid-afternoon as it was very pleasant to simply "hang-out" in the apartment!

Newly and well fitted, decorated in the style of a modern beach house. Very comfortable house to live in with great evening views from the balcony overlooking the river. It was easy to get to the A roads and motorways when going on tours to explore the many attractions outside of Newquay (the eden project is well worth a visit )The house was also well situated to get to Newquays beaches shops and pubs. Being a family with children We really appreciated the local cafe the garden, as well as the sports centre and playground. The nearby pub The Tavern In is well worth a viset or two to get some great pub food and local ale or cider as well meeting with the friendly locals. We hope to come back to rawley point to experience Cornwall again. Best The Danish family :)
