The location is great, it feels like the country but it’s walking distance to Cambridge. No food service due to covid and the footpath to the local pub is closed for resurfacing until January 2021 so you will need a car or Uber if staying during this time. Room was clean, staff was friendly and there are Covid safety measures in place. I’d definitely stay again.

Lovely stay ,great location sadly could t have breakfast or use the pool because of current covid restrictions. Look forward to staying again . Very helpful staff. Thank you

After reading some of the negative reviews of Rectory Farm, I was very anxious that we had made a mistake in booking here. While it wasn't the most luxurious place we've ever stayed, it was really lovely. We stayed in the main house, our room was perfectly suitable-- comfortable enough bed, good shower pressure. We rented bikes to get around, which I highly recommend, because the bike into town was short (10-15 minutes) and a lot more flexible than the Park and Ride on weekends, which doesn't run as often as it does during the week. The grounds were really beautiful; we had a fantastic picnic dinner in the back garden our first night, which was really delightful. We didn't interact with anyone, which, given COVID, was a bonus. It felt like we were staying in someone's home vs. a hotel, which was really nice-- plenty of privacy, peace and quiet. We look forward to coming back again when the swimming pool is open!

Kate United Kingdom

It was a really cute room, and the location and building in itself is adorable! The room was clean too, and the check in easy.

    How does it work?

    • 1

      It starts with a booking

      It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

    • 2

      Followed by a trip

      Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

    • 3

      And finally, a review

      And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
