“The room was comfortable, unfortunately I couldnt find a key to open the windows, but the fact that they were closed helped to keep the room quiet as it was on a fairly busy road. My sister and I slept well , very comfortable beds! it was a half hour walk on a beautiful morning back to my daughter's house in Abingdon to collect the car..all good!”

“Couple of pubs close by - the Red Lion itself served excellent food and the facilities within were good. If you wanted to go to Abingdon a bus stop outside provides at least an hourly service. Room was spacious and lovely and warm”

“It was amazing. Very easy to find. The oweners were so nice. He even went to the shop for me. As when I arrived I was soaking wet and freezing cold. You can’t get that kind of service from big chain hotels. I will definitely be using here again if I’m in the area for another event ”
