The piece de resistance of this lovely home is the classically finished living and dining room which has three sets of French doors opening on to a wide balcony. LIVING ROOM The living room is elegantly finished in a cream colour palette with sweeping carpeted floors and patterned rugs. Its three large windows allow a substantial amount of sunlight into the room. It has a marbled fireplace and matching coffee table with two large sofas arranged, and a plasma TV for entertainment! The dining table has beautiful upholstered chairs, seating up to six guests. KITCHEN The kitchen is nicely decorated and features a small table sitting up to 4 people. FIRST BEDROOM This bedroom is a twin with two single beds and a large window with views of the communal gardens at the back of the property. SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom is the master suite finished in soft powder blue and boasting a generous King-sized bed and built-in wardrobe space. BATHROOM The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with shower unit. SECOND BATHROOM This bathroom is fully fitted with a walk-in shower. BALCONY Wide space overlooking the gardens. On a warm day you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful views of St Luke’s Church.
