The staff were very friendly helpful, answering any and all questions. Their lounge was cozy and the coffee machine was a nice touch. Right beside Glasgow Central so getting around was a breeze. We didn't end up using their breakfast services as we slept in a lot, so it was appreciated they have a pay as you go feature for breakfast.

We asked for the lowest floor since we travel with big luggage, the nice lady gave us the lowest room available.
