Located 600 feet from Norwich Train Station and close to the city center, Riverside Guest House offers free WiFi in all rooms and stunning views of the Wensum River, Norwich Cathedral and the famous Pulls Ferry. Permit parking is available for an additional charge.

  • Is there parking

    On-street parking. Parking permit from us costs £5 per day (if pre-booked on-line). Permit covers public on-street parking in Zone B controlled areas. These are along the Riverside Road and also all side streets in the area.

    Breakfast is optional and Not included in a room rate. Continental breakfast (extra £4.90 per person). If ordered, a continental breakfast bag will be hung to your door handle around 07:30 to 08:00 am

  • Do you have an Annexe? Ground floor? Types of rooms on the 1st floor? Any Standard Single/Double/Twin rooms, with no prepayment and free cancellation? How many stairs? |How steep? Can I request a room on 1st floor/as low a floor as possible, without paying Superior or higher charges?

    Yes, we have an annexe, in fact 4 buildings altogether. Wide variety of rooms on the first floor. On the Ground floor most of the rooms are Superior, only 1 Standar Double/Twin. For all rooms 2 rates; Standard (Free cancellation) and Non-refundable

  • On the day of departure can we leave the bag with you so we can look around . Can you supply us a iron and ironing board for the duration of our stay

    These questions were answered so many times... Hairdryers are provided in every room. Irons and ironing boards are available in the communal areas in every building. Of course you can leave your bag with us after check-out.

  • Hi there. I live in Weybourne, Norfolk, and would like to visit Norwich next week. I have a photo id concessionary Norfolk County Council bus pass, council tax bill, double jabbed covid pass and visa debit card. Are they acceptable? Kindest regards, James Higson.

Please be aware that Riverside Hotel is city based and the front-facing rooms can experience traffic noise.
