The holiday home is great for a week or more in Cornwall. The bungalow is set in a very quiet and peaceful Holiday Village. Half the lodges are privately owned the others are rented out weekly. Peaceful garden to sit in with the babbling brook and views over the farm fields. The young cows might even pay you a visit!! Space, kitchen, bed, TV, Wi Fi everything was great. Walks start from the door. 10 minute drive to Liskeard. Aldi and Morrisons about a 10 / 15 minute drive. Lots of day trips and places to visit nearby. Recommended for a peaceful holiday.

Had everything we needed, nice and quiet, comfortable. Owner responds quickly and was very nice. Soaps, sponges, cleaning materials all provided. Free wifi and nice new tv, big fridge freezer, well stocked kitchen (equipment). Couple of minutes drive from the main town. Lovely view of fields out the back.

  • How far is the sea

    The bungalow is located just outside Liskeard. The beautiful seaside town of Looe is only 20 mins drive. There are lots of beautiful beaches within a 30 - 45 minute drive. The site is a perfect peaceful base for day trips out.

Riverside lodge is 3 bedroom Ideal for 2 couples sharing or a family. It is an attractive setting with a small river that runs behind the bungalow, where you can sit on the patio furniture and listen to the sound of the water going down the river, which is very relaxing as you eat your meals. Riverside Lodge is tastefully furnished, centrally heated by night storage, and in the lounge it features a fireplace with electric fire. Property is double glazed. It includes fitted kitchen with new electric cooker, new fridge freezer, it also has washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of utensils. Championship Golf Course at St Mellion. Within easy reach of Looe, Polperro, Eden project,

We are an elderly couple and this is our family Holiday Bungalow, and we use it quite often. We find it very relaxing and we have enjoyed every holiday here and hope that you will enjoy your holiday as much as we do.

Riverside lodge is situated 2 miles from Liskeard which offers local produce, supermarkets, weekly market, and have excellent leisure facilities. Also water sports at siblyback lake. Riverside Lodge is situated in a beautiful quiet wooded valley setting, at the foot of the Caradon Hill. (valley walks available from the bungalow). The small River Seaton runs directly behind the bungalow. Rosecraddoc has it's own Bar and restaurant which is quite close to riverside lodge . They serve a range of food and drinks , and have a large screen TV, Pool Table, Dart Board, Quiz Machine, and a Karaoke system for hire. regular music and entertainment and Quiz nights. Fishing is available around a superb lake with the beautiful & peaceful manor grounds as scenery. the lake is stocked with carp, roach & bream. Note: A valid fishing licence is required. Please respect the fishing rules and use barbless hooks. I believe you can purchase licence from the Village Inn. An all weather tennis court is available within the adjacent Manor grounds. The court can be enjoyed from April to October. Note: Smooth soled tennis shoes should be worn. not squash shoes. Please bring your own Racquets.
