We have introduced extra cleaning measures in both apartments and also now have at least 24 hours between departure and arrival.

Hi. Flat 3 has a private outside area at the rear of the building. This is accessible from the downstairs bedroom which has patio doors. Flat 2 does not have a private outside area. Karen

Hi. There are about 12 steps up to the front door of the building from street level. Once inside the house, both flats are entered from that same level with no further steps. Once inside the flats, some rooms are upstairs and some rooms downstairs as the flat are both split level. The flats are not disability/senior friendly due to being in a very old building in a conservation area. Hi. Flat 2 has one double and one single bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. Total - 4 beds. Flat 3 has one double bed in each bedroom. Total - 2 beds. Groups of 4 adults must observe our strict 'quiet' policy. NO smoking.
