The hotel was well worth the extra money we spent. The penthouse suite was amazing and we will definitely be returning. Having the tuck shop was a lovely addition to the hotel and the location was just perfect.

United KingdomMy husband and I stayed here when he was in Newcastle for five days for work. We were in a "liberty studio" but it was actually a one-bedroom, which was great. Tons of space for the money. He appreciated having space to work in the living room, separate from the bedroom. I loved the having a kitchen for making simple foods and reheating leftovers, especially as I came down with a cold while we were traveling and didn't feel up to going out for every meal. We were both grateful for the use of the building's clothes washing machine and dryer. Staff were exceptional -- so friendly and helpful. Really easy walk to the train station, quayside, main shopping areas. We also loved the free coffee and tea always available in the lobby -- we grabbed some nearly every time we were heading out for a walk. Overall, we loved it and were so glad we chose Roomzzz.
