Bewdley is a nice little place, interesting museum and nice walking along the river. Buses to Kidderminster, Bridgenorth, Ludlow and Telford run through the town so easy to get around as parking in these places was troublesome. We ate at The Mud House in the evening which is good and reasonable.

Quaint full of character and charm. Local shops , places to eat and bars within walking distance. Travelled in February - very wet but still obviously beautiful . Had a lovely family feel , clean and no graffiti anywhere to be seen. Locals so friend.y and helpful. Like stepping back in time. We loved it!!!

Bewdley is lovely town on the River Severn.
Bewdley is lovely town on the River Severn. Full of Georgian buildings and the stone bridge over the river, it is a great place to visit and stay. Lots of pubs including the Bewdley Brewery Tap on Lax Lane and various places to eat out, all within the compact town centre. There are lots of walking opportunities in the area, including alongside the River Severn to Arley.

Bewdley were having flood defence work in the town so a one-way traffic system was in operation, this worked brilliant for us as the guest house was only a 5 minute walk from the town centre! There were some car parking around the guest house as well, some free, most you paid for and it was reasonable!
We went for the Christmas lights switch on, so there were Christmas market stalls there as well, so it was a Bostin night had by all...a Bostin night, and bostin accommodation. The views of the town are spectacular, but you need to walk around to find the Bostin ones!!

Bewdley is located at a crossing point on the River Severn and has a varied collection of eating and drinking establishments, all within easy walking distance.
I like the Bewdley Brewery Tap on Lax Lane with its selection of local brewed beers, produced on the premises. Bewdley Museum is an interesting visit with a nice relaxing courtyard cafe with snacks, cakes and drinks available.
There are riverside walks to follow along the River Severn or take a ride on the excellent, volunteer-run Severn Valley Railway up to Bridgnorth and Kidderminster.
The property was exceptional it had everything absolutely spotless and very luxurious and the bottle of wine was greatly received by my husband 😊 the location was great as we were going to the safari park bewdley is a beautiful area.
The children loved their stay in the apartment and the parking space was great to have and the keylock to get in was easier than carrying keys around and worrying of losing them great place thank you for a lovely place to stay
The location in the middle of the town is excellent, as was the room. There is a very good free car park for residents but the access road is very narrow and tapers towards the hotel end. Also the carpark is not signed and very difficult to find. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is also a large outdoor seating area which would be pleasant in fine weather. All in all it makes a good base. There is a lift as well, if required.
Location was perfect, just by the river. Easy access to the town and Severn Valley Railway, where we spent a great day.
Menu had a good selection and drinks too.
Beds were so comfy and my Mum enjoyed the disabled facilities in the bathroom.
Lovely quiet garden area at the back of the pub which was a little sun trap.
All staff get 5 stars, couldn't do enough for us.
We enjoyed the location, area and the quirkiness of the pub. The bar areas were very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nicely laundered and lovely fluffy towels. The shower was also good.
Their own free parking spaces was a very good added bonus.
Stayed at the hotel whilst visiting the area for a friend’s wedding. Received a warm welcome from staff. The hotel delivers exactly what you expect - it’s not Claridges but it’s comfortable and clean with good sized rooms. Breakfast was good and we had a pizza at the bar downstairs which was lovely.
Location was good as it was right on the river and in the centre of Bewdley.
Great to have a fridge in the room and have proper milk for your tea.
The room was spacious. Bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfy.
Good to have the option of a pass to park your car on one of the car parks.
This was a great location near the center of Bewdley. The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and the apartment had the best selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates of any place ive stayed at. The directions and check in access were easy to follow.
Lovely guest house in an Excellent location by the Severn valley railway. Top family room is spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Location to Bewdley is a very short walk over the river.
Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended
Self catering, so went out for brunch.
Very relaxing treat. Lovely decor and amazing walk-in shower with very good water pressure. Very straightforward instructions for all gadgets & white goods. Easy walking distance to Bewdley town centre .
Location and the parking arrangements while we stayed at the property. We were there as a group of older gentlemen visiting the SVR for the weekend and the property is located well for Bewdley Station.
Love Bewdley. Have family that live there, fantastic location on the river lots to do within walking distance. Unique cottage grade 2 listed, very cute. Loved the outdoor courtyard seating area.
