Rosalie Annexe is a delightful detached private building with an enclosed garden terrace bordered by the Lariggan River. It is peaceful and tranquil sitting on the decked terrace to enjoy alfresco dining or that much needed gin and tonic. If you are looking to escape from your busy lifestyle then this is where you will find the perfect solution for that much needed break. The location is set back from Alexandra Road leading down to Penzance Promenade. Easy walking distance to all restaurants, shops, museums and galleries but tucked away from the hustle and bustle, The accommodation is spacious, attractive and fully functional providing you with all your needs. Bedding and towels are provided together with a Welcome Tray on arrival. Should you have any questions, please message me and I will try to replay as soon as possible. We are sure you will love Rosalie Annexe as much as we do.
My Cornish husband and I have worked at Rosalie House and Annexe for several years now and understand what guests are looking for. The best feeling is when I have recommended advice to guests who come back absolutely thrilled at what they have seen. Cornwall really has the most exquisite beautiful landscape with colours that need to be seen to be believed, especially when the sun shines.
Penzance is a great base to explore West Cornwall which includes St. Michael's Mount, The Minack Theatre, Land's End St. Ives to name just a few. Rosalie Annexe is very close to all transport links and a 10-15 minute walk into the town centre where excellent restaurants, galleries museums parks and gardens are all accessible. The famous Penzance Promenade is just around the corner and a hub of activity with various sporting and charity events throughout the Summer, but always a very pleasurable experience to walk and appreciate the view of Mount's Bay anytime of the year. A unique and very popular Skate Park for those energetic teenagers and a selection of play parks for the younger children, all within walking distance. Alexandra Road being the main accommodation provider in the town is an impressive tree lined avenue within the Conservation Area with large Victorian Residences and plenty of unrestricted free parking.
