The apartment is located in a great part of town, near all the sites and restaurants/bars, is very well equipped with anything you would need, the beds are good, the shower is very good, and communication with the owner was flawless.

Great location, acutally a little quieter block of Rose Street! Very good apartment with modern facilites and traditional decor and very well maintained. a Perfect central apartment for a group of adults. You need to be able ot walk up one flight of a spiral stairscase.

The apartment was spotless, had the best nights sleep. The location excellent, easy 10 min walk from the train station. On the same road were various pubs and restaurants. There was tea, coffee sugar and milk provided, which is an excellent touch.

    There is one flight of stairs - consisting of around 20 steps - to get to the door of the apartment. There is a hand rail for assistance. If there's anything else, please let me know. Kind regards, Gareth

The property was built in 1790's when Edinburgh's 'New Town' was under construction. Tastefully renovated it still retains all the original doors and floorboards along with the exposed stonework. Put this together with the central location it's a perfect hideaway to take in the city.
I'm Gareth and I own and manage this gem of a holiday apartment, recently renovated and in a great location I'm privileged to be able to host guests from across the world. I really enjoy hearing guests stories of their travels and where they are from.
The property is in the dead-centre of the city which makes all the great attractions accessible by walking. You can be in the hustle and bustle one moment then peacefully relaxing in the apartment the next - watching the world go by. After hosting many groups at the property the most frequent used word that comes to mind with feedback is 'location'.
