“Where to start - what a lovely stay! Rose Cottage is a wonderful B&B in Shipton Moyne, an excellent jumping off point if you want to explore the Cotswolds. The cottage itself is kept like a picture-book - beautiful living room for relaxing, bedroom and bathroom with a huge bath, walk in shower and all sorts of amenities. Finally, Rebecca is a truly lovely host. I was in town for a wedding at Westonbirt house nearby but didn't do my due diligence getting to the venue as I couldn't get hold of a taxi (basically the only way to get around if you can't drive yourself back from a wedding). She got in touch with the pub two doors over and found other wedding guests going the same way, who couriered me there and back - so so kind, and take it from me that she will look after you during your stay. Also, she makes a cracking English fry up - I had a 4 hour drive back to the North and it covered breakfast and lunch! Thanks again Rebecca for a lovely stay :)”

“This is a delightful cottage and the host Rebecca is charming. The accommodation was exactly as described and comprises a self-contained cosy lounge, a very comfortable bedroom and a fabulous private bathroom with a digital shower. Rebecca offers a good range of choices for breakfast including fresh fruit and a very generous full English breakfast - cooked to order - which my husband loved. The location is perfect for visiting Highgrove, The Westonbirt Arboretum and many of the beautiful Cotswold villages. There is easy, convenient street parking and the food at the pub two doors away - The Cat and Custard Pot - is delicious. A stay at Rose Cottage is most definitely very good value and we would highly recommend.”

“We had a lovely stay, very friendly and welcoming host, our own lounge was super and a comfy bed and super bedroom. Tea and cakes on arrival was very welcome. Went to the Custard pot pub which is 2 mins away and had a nice meal.”
