The Best Western Rose & Crown Hotel is an old English coaching Inn, set in the heart of Tonbridge. Located in the middle of Tonbridge High Street, and opposite the Ancient Castle and Tonbridge Public School.

The Rose and Crown is an impressive Tudor building, once a busy posting and coaching house. Refurbished to modern standards, with many parts of the hotel retaining its original character, with oak beams and Jacobean paneling. The Oak Room Bar & Grill Restaurant offers locally sourced food.

    The hotel car park holds approximately 40 cars, but we cannot guarantee parking for all vehicles. There are 2 pay and display car parks close by, which are free from 6pm until 8am.

  • Hi, we are a family of three looking to stay in your hotel. Our child is 3 years old and still shares the bed with us, so there is no point for us to book two rooms. Would it be possible to book one double room and pay extra for the child? Many thanks!

  • How far is tonbridge station and is it walkable with luggage

    We are a 10 minute walk away from Tonbridge Station. It is walk able with luggage. There are taxis around the left corner of the station if your prefer to catch a taxi to the hotel.
