    Great spit overlooking St Ives, had the One Bedroom which has gorgeous view and juliet balcony , great for couples and well equipped. Large communal garden and car park on sight which were ideal, parking was within the price. Good stay

    Location was great short walk into town, albeit up hill on the way back. Nice little one bedroom apartment ideal for couples.

"PLEASE NOTE THE BEST POSTCODE TO USE FOR FINDING US IS : TR26 2BY" . The Rosemorran sits on the top if St Ives within the Belyars area with breathtaking views. Please feel welcome to ask Lea any questions about the property and the area as she is indeed very familiar with St Ives and its surroundings. The Cottage has ample space and great for families with an open plan kitchen with modern yet 'cozy cottage' decor. If you are booking the One Bedroom you are in for a very romantic atmosphere with a cute quirky decor and wonderful sea views for the Juliet Balcony, open the balcony doors and have some wine during a sunset, quite something! The One Bedroom does have a bath/shower as well. All units do have Smart TV.s with features such as Netflix so if you are planning to stay in some evenings you can indeed log in and cozy up. PLEASE NOTE THE BEST POSTCODE TO USE FOR FINDING US IS : TR26 2BY LEA WILL BE ON SIGHT TO CHECK YOU IN AND SHE IS LOCATED IN APARTMENT NO.1 WHICH IS THE VERY FIRST DOOR ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE AS YOU PULL INTO THE DRIVEWAY.
