Really excellent location close to the estuary and harbour wall. Short walk to foot ferry to opposite bank. Good car parking nearby. Though we didn't bring bikes, and excellent location for Route 2, and a locally renowned cafe belo.

Property info

Route 2 Apartments, located above Route 2 Café Bar, comprise four beautifully refurbished, self-contained, self-catering apartments. Formerly the Steam Packet Inn, named for the steam packets that went from Topsham to London, this era is recalled with maritime decorations and with outstanding estuary views looking out across Topsham Quay, Centrally located near the centre of this lively town.

Route 2 is located on the corner of Holman Way and Monmouth Hill, just off Topsham Quay where there is ample public parking, free from 5pm to 9am. Free street parking is available on Holman Way towards the station. There is also reasonably priced parking in the Holman Way car park (parking on the Quay during the day is more expensive)
