“My favourite spa. Beautiful peaceful location yet close to great shopping at Bluewater. Stayed in the annexe, great room (though a little small), lovely bathroom and great food at the restaurant. Unfortunately there were no treatments available / always tend to be fully booked but enjoyed using the spa pools/jacuzzi.”

“The room was lovely. We were complimentary upgraded and the bed was super comfy. The spa was lovely and exceeded expectations and the massage received was amazing. Spa staff and reception staff were great. Nice comfy seats in the lounge bar. There is a QR code in the room you can scan to order food/drinks to the room and even wake up calls etc.”

“I had a great trip. I'm not your usual customer as a workman but felt very welcome and looked after. Pool facilities fantastic, food and bar staff extremely good and friendly. Bedroom very clean and my bed was way to comfortably that I almost missed work. Perfect stay. ”
