A beautifully renovated Grade II listed Victorian building. The birthplace of the famous chocolatier Joseph Rowntree, the building has recently been converted and restored without any compromise of it's original character. Situated in the heart of the city centre less than 50 yards from The Shambles, our first floor apartment is placed perfectly for sightseeing or cosy nights in.
Rowntree One is perfectly located for The Shambles, York Minster and the nightlife of York.  If you are a gin lover York Gin is located in the Tudor building next door. If you want to experience the history of York with the high end comforts of modern living, Rowntree One is the perfect choice for your stay in York.
