Excellent hotel, located right next to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate station. Clean and spacious rooms, with a wonderful view and comfortable beds. However, the best feature of this hotel is the staff. They are very knowledgable, kind and go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Special thanks to Matija, who was faboulously kind and attentive. He even remembered it is our daughter's birthday and brought her a very, very thoughtful present. He truly made our stay at the hotel pleasant and homey. Very good breakfast as well, varied choice at the buffet and plenty of made to order options. Capable and attentive breakfast FB staff, which is usually difficult to find.
