Thishotel is advertised as pet friendly and I have stayed here three times before , twice with bookings.com yesterday one of the staff was very unpleasant about my small 13 year old west highland dog and said I couldn’t leave her alone in the room while I went to a restaurant for dinner. Eventually I agreed to give my mobile and would return immediately if the dog barked, and would be a maximum of 90 minutes. I felt this women was extremely unpleasant and had i of been aware of this ‘new policy’ would not of booked this hotel. I will not stay here in the future due to her unpleasant attitude

Consisted of of three Georgian town houses dating back to 1799, this charming, individual hotel in Ramsgate's historic garden crescent has amazing harbor and sea views. Two of the houses are adjoining.

All the rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities and some also have a coffee machine.

A 10 minute taxi ride from Kent International Airport, the hotel offers welcoming, real open fires in the lounge and reception area, as well as an honesty bar where you can help yourself to drinks. Start the day with a buffet breakfast. Guests can also have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, the Empire Room.

    There are tvs in all rooms and en-suites with showers. Breakfast is not included.

  • Hi can dogs stay in any room?...and is there a limit on dogs? I have 3 small hypoallergenic non fur shedding dogs. Could leave one behind if necessary! And is it possible to have the fire lit in the room with the fireplace? Thanks

    Hi there is no limit on the number of dogs in a room each dog is charged £10.00 per stay and the dogs are not allowed to be left in the room alone if you go out , the fire can be lit for your arrival . Kind regards reception

  • Does the hotel have its own car park for guests? If not, where do guests normally park and how much does it cost?

    Good evening, We do have a small car park at the back of our hotel, charged at £12.50 per day. There is on street parking charged at £2.30 an hour, however from 6pm until 9am it is free to park out the front of the hotel.

    Hi Claire, we have our own private parking just out the back of the hotel, it is 12.50 per night. There is also parking out the front of the hotel but it charges after 9am and before 10pm. Kind regards, Grant
