We do have some ground floor rooms which are located at the entrance driveway (Gatehouse Rooms) and within Rufflets Lodge in our rear gardens (Rufflets Lodge Family Room & the Orchard Suite).

It is approximately a 30-40 minute walk into St Andrews (there is no path for the first 100 yards). We offer our Main Menu throughout the hotel in the restaurant, lounges, terrace and for in-room dining.

We are dog friendly but only certain rooms and are subject to availability. We can provide details of babysitting agencies but we do not provide the babysitting service.

We are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs in our external accommodation – a maximum of two and by prior arrangement. Unfortunately, not all our guests are dog lovers so we ask that pets are not brought into the main house.

Our dog friendly rooms are located in the exterior buildings of the hotel. These are our Gatehouse Classic Room, Gatehouse Superior Room, one of our Family Rooms & our Orchard Suite. The Standard Double Rooms are not dog friendly rooms.

Rufflets, St Andrews is approximately 2 miles/3 kilometres from The Old Course Gold Course which is a 5 minute drive.

Taxis are readily available and can be booked in advance if required. We have a golf club storage cupboard however we do not have a drying room.
