Amazing historical premises, well kept and beautifully furnished. The staff was friendly. The spa facilities were nice and clean. Our dinner in the Brasserie 1593 was exceptional. We loved the menu options and execution of the meals - very impressive. We ordered a partridge starter, halibut main and pork belly main dish and finished with an amazing apple themed dessert. Also, the bar was spectacular and took you back in time.

We have just had the most perfect stay celebrating our 4th anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the staff & everyone at Rushton made our trip so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is stunning, we stayed in the ‘Lord Cullen’ room and it was super. Loved the decor. We had 2 treatments at the spa, so relaxing. & the pool area was done very nicely. Dinner in the orangery was amazing, food was fab. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

  • What time in the evening does the spa close on Sundays?

  • Can I get an early check in at noon for Tuesday 21st?

    Thank you for your question. I can confirm that check-in is guaranteed from 3pm, however if you do wish to arrive early we can store your luggage and you are welcome to go to the Great Hall for a drink whilst you wait. For any further information, please contact reception.

  • does the room rate include the spa facilities and what is the cost of breakfast?

    The rate does include use of the Spa facilities from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 11.00am on the day of departure. Any treatments you wish to have must be booked in advance and are charged separately. The breakfast charge is £20.00 per person.

    Good Afternoon, The rate that you have is a room only rate t=and therefore Breakfast is not included. As for dining in the evening I would be happy to make you a reservation which will need to be paid for on the day or at check out. Kind Regards Virginia Cooper
