Perfectly located at the pretty Ipswich harbour. Very comfortable boutique hotel with luxurious super king bed and great amenities. Easy location for exploring Southwold, Aldeburgh and Felixstowe. Food and service were both excellent. Easy to put on a few stone with their amazing hot breakfasts. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again.
