It’s location, comfortable room with sea view and ample space for clothes etc, spotlessly clean, quiet, little extras (buckets and spades and beach mats etc) to borrow, just perfect!

United KingdomThis room was in a great location, just a short walk (down a steep hill) to the main shopping area, it probably took around 10 minutes. It was spotlessly clean, I was worried as I'm allergic to some dogs my allergies would be set off in a dog friendly place but they weren't. The room was on the ground floor and was large. It had plenty of storage and a little table in the window which looked over the street. Despite being on the street I didnt notice any noise from the road. If you pay an additional £5 a day you can park around the back, which was a must for me.

St Ives is on an incline so be ready for a bit of a trek up slope but considering the relative short distance from the harbout , this location is ideal. Very walkable. The bed was cosy . There is parking available on request at a nominal price.
United KingdomThe overall experience at the hotel was amazing! From comfort to location to level of service, everything was spot on! I also forgot a few souvenirs at the hotel, and the Management was kind enough to send them to me. I could not appreciate their service more than anything. Highly recommended to stay there due to everything.
