Good location in getting around cornwall. Short drive to tourist locations like lands end, st. Michaels mount and tintagel.

Very very minor feedback. There was only one full length mirror in one bedroom, so as two couples we could’ve done with another mirror. The small ones in the master bedroom weren’t big enough. And a knife sharpener in the kitchen also would’ve been good.

The property looks lovely in the pictures but we all commented that it was even nicer than we expected. Very clean and tidy. The garden area was lovely too, with a bench seat which we sat out and enjoyed the sun at. Easy parking out the front. Great location - we walked everywhere from there - either to the beach or to the station to catch the train to St Ives. We also took a long walk to Carbis Bay from there which was nice, and caught the bus back. The host Sam was so lovely and accommodating - really went the extra mile to help us. Very close to a big ASDA as well, and the kitchen is fully stocked with equipment so we cooked at home a few times.

The only thing to be mindful of is that the road is really narrow and cars park along one side. This means you have to drive on the path so I wouldn’t recommend if you have a huge vehicle. I’m sure this is clear in the property description 😊

Perfect location with plenty of space, everything you need (and more), comfy beds, great living space, lovely bathroom, off road parking and great utility. Supermarket a short drive away, great pub within a few minutes walk, corner shop and a nice coffee shop a few minutes in the other direction. Routes north, south and up and down the coast all on the doorstep.... ....absolutely nothing more you could ask for 👍

The double beds were both too narrow for us and the matrass was also wobbly, so one of us had to sleep on the couch. Perhaps invest in a bigger bed and/or a good matrass, replace one of the double beds with twins, or add a sofa bed? The orange couch was a bit grubby; could do with a good cleaning. Some chairs to sit in the garden would be nice! We couldn't figure out how to get the shower working properly; it only produced boiling water. The window in the master bedroom was locked and we couldn't find the key, so with the warm weather te room got quite stuffy.

The living room was spaceous and comfortable, with the doors opening into the garden is was very pleasant. The kitchen had all we needed. The street was quiet (although there was a party outside till late with one of the neighbours on our last night). Parking is easy in front of the house. The bathroom is modern and clean.

Water in the shower was boiling (no cold water). All the rest was great!

Súper confortable, great value for money. Super location - Very close to St Ives and next to basic stores for shopping. Lovely garden!
