A collection of wonderful, boutique accommodation set in award-winning gardens located in the heart of the Weald of Kent. A charming 14th century countryside cottage, a traditional 2-bed Kentish Oast, a bespoke Shepherd'd Hut and luxury glamping for 1 to six people. The bedding is luxurious 1000 thread Egyptian cotton. If staying in the cottage, the inglenook fire in the lounge is lit upon your request, we invite you to select a book from our library and simply chill out. Breakfast is organic and home cooked. All rooms have access to shared kitchen. The cottage, Oast and Shepherd's hut have their own bathrooms, while the glamping accommodation use the cottage's facilities When booking the Sanctuary Suite you will have exclusive use of the whole upstairs of the cottage. Neals Yard products are provided for guests to use during their stay.
Why not enjoy some yoga when you stay with us. We hold regular yoga classes (both group bookings and private classes available). We are sometimes able to offer massage treatments, and all bookings you are able to pre-book a wonderful, outdoor, wood-fired hot tub (extra charge).
You won't be bored when you stay with us as Leeds Castle, Hever Castle, Knole House, Chartwell, The Hop Farm, Ightam Mote and many more great places are all on our doorstep. We are only 15 minutes from Tonbridge town, Sevenoaks & Maidstone. For those who want to relax and enjoy nature why not take a stroll through the National Trust woodland walks filled with bluebells, or go for a leisurely bike ride. If you a looking for a bite to eat visit the local pub called the Swan, only a 5 minute walk away, serving great food with a micro-brewery and views of the lovely cricket lawn and St Dunstans Church(grade 1 listed).
