Beautiful location and room with exceptional customer service! A high up bulb in one of the overhead spot lights was flickering and there was no maintenance on site to change it. We were immediately moved to an upgraded room and within ten minutes, twin beds had been made up for myself and my sister. We were even offered complimentary drinks at the bar later on! We were thoroughy impressed by this impeccable level of friendly and accommodating service and would highly recommend Sandburn Hall. Thanks to Charlotte and her lovely team!
